Shipping policy

Since you only sell digital books, I wrote this as a digital delivery policy under the "Shipping" name. It covers how customers get their books, so Shopify's Shipping policy field is filled in and matches your other policies. It's saved at Outputs/Shipping Policy.md in your vault and logged in PROGRESS.md.

We don't ship physical products

Every product at ESH Books is a digital download. We don't sell or ship printed books, hardback copies, or any other physical items. That means there are no shipping costs, no carriers, and no waiting for a package.

Where we deliver

We currently sell only to customers in the United States. We may cancel and fully refund orders placed from outside the United States.

How you get your book

After your payment is confirmed, your book is delivered in three ways:

On your order confirmation page. A download button appears as soon as checkout is complete.
By email. We send a download link to the email address you entered at checkout.
In your account. If you have an account, your purchases are listed there.

Delivery is usually instant. Occasionally a payment review can delay it by up to 24 hours.

Before you download

Before your download starts, you'll see a notice explaining that downloading the book ends your right to a refund. If you meant to buy a physical copy or you've changed your mind, you can decline the download and get a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Download links

Download links may expire or allow only a limited number of downloads. Save a copy of your files once you've downloaded them.
Check the file format on the product page, and make sure your device or reading app can open it before you buy.

Didn't get your book?

Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for our email.
Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
Still nothing? Email support@esh-books.com with your order number and we'll send you a new link.
